Todd Park - Community Recreation Area

Facility:

The Pavilion provides over 1500 square feet of covered space situated on the banks of the Chowan River. Use of the pavilion includes the adjacent pier and access to the common area beach.

Fees:

HOA members can use the facility free of charge. Reserve the facility to ensure your preferred date is available.

Additional charges may be required for events in excess of six (6) hours or events with a large number of participants (excess of 40).

Rental Agreement:

HOA members and non HOA members are required to sign a written agreement before events can be scheduled. The agreement provides the rules and regulations for use of the facility. The form is a pdf file which can be completed by using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
