HOA Management Overview
Annual association fees are collected annually, due March 1st of each year. The assessment rate for 2024 is $540 per lot. The assessment funds operation of the association, including the landscape contract, utilities, insurance and contribution to the Reserve Fund.
Black Rock is a self-governed community. Control of the association transitioned from the Developer to a member elected board of directors in 2011. The Association conducts an annual membership meeting the second Saturday in December. A Board of Directors (BOD) operates in support of the HOA ensuring the association operates within applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
