In 2024 the community reached a milestone of 50 homes. This represents just under a 50% build-out rate. Several more homes are expected to be built in the coming months. Interest and demand remain high.
The community rests on the high banks of the Chowan River. All lots are in a no flood zone making our community unique and highly desirable in the eastern NC region.
